I load a resource document (i.e. PDF), view the published file and it loads correctly. However, when it gets loaded to our LMS (i.e. Plaeatu 5.5) I recieved an error message stating page not found....
The behavior of your presentation should be the same in LMS as locally, so if the PDF opens fine locally, then the issue is likely something with your LMS - e.g., might not like special characters in PDF file, like underscores, spaces, or ampersands. I would first check to make sure that's not the problem. Let me know if that does the trick.

Thank you Peter. This resolved the issue. I remove the special French characters and the document was able to load.
