Play button on first slide of a course not showing

Hi,

This might be a no-brainer, but I'm new here, so I appreciate the patience

I publish a LMS course out of Articulate Presenter. I am able to launch the course, and see the Play button appear on the first screen. So does everyone else on my team. The client, however, doesn't see this. We've all tried different browsers and computers and we see the play button every time. 

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to trouble shoot this? Anyone seen this before?
