Adding a video from a PC file - Issue

Hi everyone,
I will need some help or advice on this issue. I am using Articulate Presenter 13.I have inserted a MP4 video within a slide from my Pc . The video plays when going to the "format" tab and click on the "play" button,. However, when launching a preview of the slide, the video does not play automatically or when clicking on it. Nothing is happening, I just have a screenshot of the first image of the video. Is anyone would know why the video does not play when previewing the course ? Will it work afterwards when publishing and implementing the course on a LMS platform ?

Hi there, Fran. You should see your .mp4 video from a file play in the Preview of that slide. Let's see if we can figure out what's happening here.
Quick question: Can you send a screenshot of your format tab options? I don't have Play, but I have shape and position formatting options in PowerPoint's Format tab. Is it in Video Properties where it plays?
Can you share the .mp4 here as an attachment for me to test?
