I am not able to find where the player controls are located in Articulate 13 presenter, it was there in articulate 9, but here I am not able to find. Can some one help me finding this, actually I need to to lock next button till the slide ends and no one can access it till the side ends.
The player controls are now located under the Slide Properties on your Articulate ribbon tab. After you click on the Slide Properties, you can change the users navigation by locking the slide or automatic advance (first column). The fourth column is where you can place your branching within your module (note: this is how your previous/next buttons will work in your module). I hope this information is helpful.
Looks like Sandy has you covered here! I just wanted to pop in and share this tutorial for Managing Slide Properties that you may find helpful to refer to as well. :)
