I have signed up for the Articulate Presenter trial, but my Articulate tab is missing the Player Template button. From everything I've read, I should have at least a couple templates to choose from and the options to make some from scratch.
It is not among the customizable button/icon list.
How else can I access the Player Templates window?

Our trial is actually the full product, so yes, you should be able to see this option.
I'm thinking that you have seen the instructions for Presenter '09 Player Templates and are looking for the same option.
You would find all of the needed options for Presenter '13 under the Presenter Player.
