I am having trouble with my player template when I create a new one it does not save any ideas on how to fix this I have uninstall and reinstalled my PowerPoint and the upgrade 3 times.
I am using Articulate Studio 9 and I upgraded to fix or patch version 10, I am unable to change or save a new player template all I see every time are the standard ones that are in there already.
Thanks for the update Cyndi! I cannot re-create the issue, and the support team has the ability to screen share if needed to witness a user experiencing issue. You should be hearing from someone soon.

Do you get an error or any kind of message when you attempt to save the player?

no error its just not there only the see the default ones all the time
Are you working locally and following the instructions provided above?
If so, you may need to work directly with our support team so that we can understand what may be going on.
I went ahead and sent the problem to the support team hopefully they can help me. Thank you
