Thomas Witowski Author over 7 years ago08/02/16 at 12:23 pm (UTC) To solve this failure, you have followings to do: 1. Log-in as an Admin of this computer 2. Uninstall all of Articulate Studio 3. Remove relevant program files and regsitry keys with ZIP-File from attachement. 4. Install Articulate Studioin the normal way. 5. Start PowerPoint and check if the tab "Articulate" is there. 6. Log-In as a normal user. res13Cleanup.zip

To solve this failure, you have followings to do:
1. Log-in as an Admin of this computer
2. Uninstall all of Articulate Studio
3. Remove relevant program files and regsitry keys with ZIP-File from attachement.
4. Install Articulate Studioin the normal way.
5. Start PowerPoint and check if the tab "Articulate" is there.
6. Log-In as a normal user.
