I have Articulate Presenter '09. I just tried to open a Powerpoint created on a Windows 7/Office 2010 computer and Slide Properties, Audio Editor, and Import Audio won't open.
With that specific functionality not working, it sounds as if something may be going on with your software and I would advise a repair to get this corrected.
