Recently, PowerPoint 2010 crashes when trying to insert an Engage 13 interaction. When I click the Engage interaction button from the Articulate ribbon, I then click the "Add existing" button. The crash error immediately appears
When I then close, restart the program, and try to reinsert again, the dialog box looks weird and some buttons disappear.
Is this a memory issue on my PC or something else? I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, etc with the same result. Can someone help?
Yes we have tried all of the above, repaired Studio and re-installed it, repaired PowerPoint. I do get the error message that Sheldon gets but my machine now crashes every time I open engage from the ribbon, it's pretty much unusable now.
Hi Ellen! I would advise that you work directly with our support team here so that we can see what is going on. They will be able to check logs if needed to try to understand the behavior you are experiencing.

Hi Sheldon!
Please be sure that you are working locally on both your software and your project files.
I would advise that you update to the latest version, and if you are already on Update 6, then conduct a repair of your software.
Hi Sheldon, did this work for you? I'm having similar problems but nothing has worked for me so far.
Hi Ellen! I did not hear back from Sheldon on his issue. Have you tried the suggestions shared with him above?
