PowerPoint freezing up

Apr 29, 2012

I hope my annoyance doesn;t come through because I really do appreciate all the help I get from the staff and others here.

BUT..I have two projects due this week and have been working nonstop on them all week. Today, when I try to click any function on the Articulate tab, PowerPoint freezes up.  I have "repaired" Articulate twice and uninstalled and reinstalled Office once. It worked for a few hours and now here we go again. This isn't the first time it's happened to me or to others who have posted here. I always get it fixed after jumping through a series of hoops and I'm confident you folks will send me to the right info to find out how to repair it again this time.

But, really, is there not some patch or fix you can give us to stop this from happening?  It's maddening to have to stop working and fool around with this for an hour or more several times a day. I like the Articulate product but this is really an ugly way to have to work...or not work. Does this ever happen to you?

Thanks for letting me vent. I'm tired and frustrated.
