I have a 3 slide powerpoint and am trying to make changes to the player template and presentation options. When i click either of those the file freezes and I have to ctrl/alt/delete.
I've disabled and re-enabled the Presenter add-on, rebooted my computer and its still happening. I need to get this packaged for review so I'm in a bit of a frustrated panic right now.

I've worked with our IT department and tried uninstalling and reinstalling Presenter and the problem still exists. I can open a presentation, click on Articulate in the ribbon then it freezes.
I need more suggestions or help on how to solve this.
