I have a presentation that starts with a video slide, produced in Articulate studio and published for the web. When running on my local machine it works fine. When I upload it to my webserver, the preloader runs successfully and the navigation page for the course is shown, BUT the initial slide is 'paused' and will not play.

Do you have the Flash format enabled as a MIME type on the server?
I've just added the .flv mime type and that seems to have at least partially fixed the problem. Thanks!
