I'm publishing my files as a Word document, for review. But not all PPT notes are being transferred to the Word document notes. Any idea how to fix this? I've already tried repairing Power Point, and Articulate Studio 13. I've also restarted the computer numerous times. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Is it particular slides that aren't working or randomly occurring? Have you closed down other Microsoft programs while using Presenter/Powerpoint to publish to Word? If you've checked into all those and are still having difficulty can you share a copy of your Presenter package here with us?
Yes they are being stored on the desktop, and published to the Articulate folder on my C drive. I've also tried to publish to the desktop too, but it produced the same results. I am working with the version of Studio 13 that was released last week.
It is just randomly occurring on which slides the notes don't appear for. The only programs I have open are PowerPoint and Word.
Can you try it with Word closed? I know that's cause issues for folks before. What version of Office are you using? If you're still having difficulty we'll want to take a look at the file as well.
I was moving the files over to the SME for review and discovered the problem. The files that are causing me issues are PPT files, when I try to publish to Word in the PPTX format the notes show up correctly in all applicable slides.

Did you also confirm that you're working on and publishing locally and using the latest update of Studio '13?
