Presenter 13 Publish to Word Empty Notes Box

Hi,

I'm publishing my files as a Word document, for review. But not all  PPT notes are being transferred to the Word document notes. Any idea how to fix this? I've already tried repairing Power Point, and Articulate Studio 13. I've also restarted the computer numerous times. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi Chris,

Did you also confirm that you're working on and publishing locally and using the latest update of Studio '13? 

Is it particular slides that aren't working or randomly occurring? Have you closed down other Microsoft programs while using Presenter/Powerpoint to publish to Word? If you've checked into all those and are still having difficulty can you share a copy of your Presenter package here with us?

Hi Ashley,

Yes they are being stored on the desktop, and published to the Articulate folder on my C drive. I've also tried to publish to the desktop too, but it produced the same results. I am working with the version of Studio 13 that was released last week. 

It is just randomly occurring on which slides the notes don't appear for. The only programs I have open are PowerPoint and Word.
