I've been using Presenter for about 8 months or so and I've always used .WMA files for the narration. Since the last upgrade, when I import the .WMA files they are accepted and appear to be brought into the presentation but if I preview, compile or try to edit the audio, the files are not there. If the files are converted to .MP3s, everything works as advertised. Did I miss something in the upgrade? Help!
So sorry you're having issues! If you try to import one of the .wma files that worked previously, does it still fail? If no .wma files work for you, can you submit a support case with a couple of your .wma for testing?
Thanks for the reply. The presentation I am currently working on is an update to an earlier version. In the initial build of the presentation, I was able to use the .WMA files without a problem. In the update, there were enough changes that I re-recorded most of the narration so I removed the old audio from Presenter and brought in the new. When I reloaded the audio, it was a mix of the original and the revised audio and neither worked. I will go ahead and fill out the support case and submit a couple of the files for review.

Hmm that is odd. Yeah, I would go ahead and submit a support case so we can get that figured out for you.
