On first use of PPT 2010 this morning, I got the error message that Articulate Presenter Stopped Working. After a reboot didn't help, I followed the instructions for repairing the installation. When I ran studio-13.exe as an administrator, I got the message below toward the end of the installation.
Any advice before I try a complete reinstall of Office and Presenter?
Okay ... after a fresh install of both Office and Studio, exactly by the instructions and usingres13Cleanup.bat, followed by confirmation of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and an uninstall and re-install of Flash, my situation has not improved. But I do have a different error message:
The first error looks to be related to Flash Player, but the second one - I've only seen reported one other time and a repair corrected this. Not sure if something may have happened when you did your uninstall/reinstall, but hopefully a simple repair will assist you as well.
