Presenter message box blank

Any ideas why this message box is blank? I can't seem to figure this out. I've tried populating the custom text fields and still no luck. I think it is a bad template because other projects work for me.

Check with your LMS provider, we used to have the same because their javascript they used was out of date (I think)

Thanks for the quick reply. I havent uploaded it to LMS yet. I just previewed it from the published folder. You think it'll be resolved once uploaded to LMS?

Search for Resume on the Articulate Support page as there are other things that can affect it as well

If you receive a blank pop-up message, dialog, button, or label during playback of a published Presenter '09 presentation, it indicates that one or more text labels in your player template are blank. You can read more about that here.
