I created a rather large presentation which contained many video files embedded. I decided to split the presentation up into smaller ones, but when I preview/publish the smaller presentations it still thinks the other slides and video files are part of this one. The result is that a presentation that should be very small in size is now very large.
How would I keep this from happening, without having to re-create the entire presentation.
Do you have both of the presentations open at the same time? If not, run system maintenance on your machine using a free tool like CCleaner to clean up your temporary files. Then, restart your computer and see if you can replicate the issue.
