Presenter photo disappears

This one's a bit hard to explain. Our course is configured to use slide-specific presenters. When the course first launches, the first presenter's photo displays for 1 second and then disappears (see the attached screenshot).
The photo will continue to be invisible unless I explicitly select another slide in the outline that is configured with a different presenter. Then the photo will display correctly for all slides and all presenters.

Hi TJ,
Can you try creating a new folder on your Desktop & publishing your presentation to that new folder? Please let me know if that resolves the issue.
Actually, that's a good point. This problem does not happen when I test locally, only when I test from a remote Web server. And I do make sure to delete the entire old output directory before I publish and upload again, if that's what you mean.
