Presenter reviewer tool

I generally just use a custom skin with the slide numbers enabled and ask reviewers to complete a form with the slide numbers on.

I have in the past created a custom skin that posts to twitter the slide number and user comments, and also used a shared google review docs, but find the simple solution with slide numbers works best
