Hello Ally and Paul! I'm sorry that you're having some trouble running the latest update of Studio '13. Where in the process is it breaking down, for you? Are you able to download the new version? How about when you go to install it? Or is it activation that is giving you a problem?

I ended up re-installing and it fixed the problem (not being able to preview).

Me too. While I love storyline, I still find uses for presenter. :)
