Presenter Studio '13 Upgrade does not work

Hi,

Has anyone else had problem with upgrading Studio '13?  Now that I think about it, this happened the last time I upgraded this product.

Guess to de-install and then install the whole software again?

Hello Ally and Paul!  I'm sorry that you're having some trouble running the latest update of Studio '13.  Where in the process is it breaking down, for you?  Are you able to download the new version?  How about when you go to install it?  Or is it activation that is giving you a problem?
