When I have the Animation window open and try to preview, sync animations, etc, Presenter 13 freezes or has an unusually long wait period. Is this a known issue or is it my system?
Thanks for verifying that information for me. I would think it is unique to your environment then. Have you tried to conduct a repair to see if it helps the issue?

No, my computer and it's environment is English windows.
