I have a word attachment in my module. I have followed all the naming conventions for the attachment. I can download it from the published file but when I upload the module on the LMS, I get an error message "Something went wrong" while trying to download the file. Please help.
By the way, I tried all the toubleshooting available on the support forums. This makes me think if this problem more of a LMS thing?

It does sound like an LMS-side issue. Have you tried running the course through SCORM Cloud, which is discussed as part of this great article?
