Problem with flash video in course

Jan 25, 2012

I am trying to include som flash videos (flv) in my course. I have followed the guidelines for size, frames pr.second, name ect... When I preview the slides with the videos, it looks ok, but after I publish the course, the videos won't play. It just says "paused" in the player, and when I hit play nothing happens...

I have tried to put the same videos in an empty presentation. When I publish this, everything is fine - the videos play.

Does anybody have any idea what might be the problem here? I'll be soo glad for some help!

Hey, Annette! Welcome to Heroes!

I'd recommend trying the following troubleshooting ideas first:

But the fact that the video plays fine in a new presentation is a bit unusual. If you're not able to get things running correctly, you're welcome to send us your files so we can take a closer look and help find a solution. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter.
