I can load the MP4 video into articulate presenter and it previews just fine, but when I try to publish the document and view it no video appears. Can anyone please advise a fix? Thanks.
If MP4 videos do not display when your Articulate content is hosted on a server, it's likely that the server is not configured to play these files. Please review the following article for more information.
