I develop a course with seekbar read only; if I view the course on PC (Chrome) the seekbar is locked; if I view the course in IPAD (safari) or android phone (chrome) users can drag it.
Thanks for reaching out here - and I was hoping you could share a bit more information and perhaps a copy of your Storyline course? First I'd want to make sure you were on the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 11 (or Storyline 360 Update 4), and I'd want to know what iOS is on the iPad and the OS for your Android system as well? At the very least, the system requirements for Storyline 2 are detailed here, and Storyline 360 here.

This is an issue in Storyline 3, and was recently fixed in Storyline 360. With the next update to Storyline 3, we'll include this fix. It's specific to the responsive player of Storyline that you'd see on iOS or Android device.

Great news - Update 3 of Storyline 3 is available!
We released a fix for the issue where the seekbar was interactive in HTML5 output in the responsive mobile player when set to read-only in player properties.

We are having this same issue in Storyline 3 - seekbar is locked but users can drag when using an iPhone.
I will get the IOS information from the tester, but hoping this has been addressed and there is a fix for Storyline 3.
