Problems inserting Quizmaker quiz

Hello, I am completely new to Articulate and am having trouble starting to use it.

I have created a quiz in Quizmaker. When I come to insert it using Articulate in Powerpoint, I click on Quizmaker Quiz and nothing happens - no window opens. The same is so for all the buttons on the Articulate toolbar in Powerpoint - even the help button doesn't work.

I seem to be getting on ok with Quizmaker and engage.
