Something has happened to my attachments option in my Articulate ribbon where I'm not able to add any attachments. When the attachment window comes up, it's not complete and doesn't have any option to add. Only "delete", "OK" and "cancel". Something went wrong with this because it's not what I've seen previously when I went to add attachments. Can anyone help?
If you're experiencing unexpected behavior in Presenter, make sure that your presentations, quizzes, interactions, and audio / video resources are located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior. If your Articulate software continues to perform erratically,a simple repair of Articulate Studio ‘09 may resolve the issue.
