Publication extremely slow Jul 25, 2011 By Otavio Falcao Hi! Again I'm having a serious problem in mine latest publications. Here is the situation: When I publish my project something happens: An message on powerpoint footer with progress bar. - The PowerPoint saving dfag45sge*.html (*) Many names appear when publishing each slides. Some days before did not showed this message and the publication was faster. I think this action is something like a temporary files save. I'm right? What I can do to solve this problem and the publication run faster? Thank you in advance. Regards Otavio Falcão
Brian Batt Staff over 12 years ago07/25/11 at 12:32 pm (UTC) Hi Otavio, It's normal to see the saving messages in PowerPoint. You might try running system maintenance on your machine to see if that resolves the issue. (clean out temporary files, defrag hard drive...)
