Thanks for the additional information. That does sound strange. Are you launching the .EXE file from your local hard drive? Make sure that you're not launching it from a network drive, USB drive or any other external source. If you do, it may result in some strange behavior.
Does the content load properly if you use a different publish method (web, etc.)?
Thanks very much for the additional information. Are you able to share a link to the published and uploaded version of the presentation, so I can take a look? If not, you may want to go ahead and submit the files in a support case with our technical department. You'll be able to attach a Presenter Package on the second page of the form. You'll also be able to share a link to this thread, so you won't need to repeat any information about the issue.
Also, if you do submit a case, please share the case number with me. This way, I can follow the progress and update this thread with a solution for any other community members that experience this issue in the future.
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that I checked on your case this morning. It has been escalated and you should receive a response from support soon.
Just checking in with you to see if you're still having this problem. I do see that Gren has been working with you and the latest activity was on the 14th with a suggestion to test the files locally. Did this resolve the problem for you? If not, please let Gren know so we can continue to work with you on this.
Thanks very much, Geraldine. I hope you have a great day!

Good morning Geraldine,
How are you viewing the published content? Are you running the .EXE file that's published, or running it off of a CD after it's been burned?
Thanks!
Christine
Running the exe file, wanted to check it first before burning it to CD. Normally this works fine...
Thanks,
Geraldine

Hi Christine,
Yes, I've saved and unpacked the files on my local hard drive. It happens as well when I publish to Web. It only works correctly when I do a Preview.
Kind regards,
Geraldine
