Published Course Contents Missing

I have Articulate Studio 09. Usually when I ublish a course for LMS, the published folder contains the subfolders data, lms, player, and some XSD, XML and HTML files.

I created a new course which is lengthy and contains a lot of embedded videos. When I published it for web and LMS, it would not play. Inside the published folder is the data subfolder, but lms and player are missing, and there are the XSD, XML and HTML files.

When publishing to web, the same issue happens.

Please advise?
