Hi Leslie. One of my quiz files that I updated in the Presenter hasn't updated the Quizmaker file so I can't publish it to Word. Any suggestions how I can get the Quizmaker file to update and reflect what is in my presentation? Thanks! Jodie
What type of updates did you make to your quiz through Presenter? If you open the quiz through Presenter and modify it, then open the file outside of Presenter, through Quizmaker, are the changes not saving in that file?
If the quiz isn't updating properly, please make sure you're working with local project files - this includes your Quizmaker and/or Engage files.
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).

Hi Jodie and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Yes, you can publish those details to Word as well. Here is our knowledge-base article on how to do so.
Thanks very much Leslie. That's great to know.
No problem Jodie! Glad to be able to assist you
