Out of the blue, when I publish my powerpoints and I press on the ZIP button to place the ZIP in a specific file, I can get that far, but then no ZIP shows up in my folder. WHY? I have reinstalled Presenter 09, performed a virus scan
and turned off the computer and opened again. Does anyone know what I can do next? Please advise. Thanks!
Thanks, I'll give it a try, but I'm not a computer wiz and may not be able to uninstall everything and reinstall. I will have to hire a tech for all this.

You're publishing your content to a local folder, correct? You mentioned reinstalling Presenter 09, but you may also need to repair the supporting software. If you continue to have difficulty, please connect with our Support team.
