Quiz not loading when resuming when user left off

Hello,

I'm contacting you as a technical issue has been reported to me by some of my students regarding e-learning modules developed in Articulate Studio 13'. These modules are hosted on a Moodle platform and published for LMS (Scorm). The issue arises when users see the module in using HTML5. This is a module built on PPT and including Quizmaker quizzes along with Engage interactions and regular PPT slides.

What happens is that when a student completes a quiz in the module (until the end), then leaves the module, re-enters it and answers "yes" to the question " Would you like to resume where you left off?", it is impossible for them to access the same quiz that has been completed previously. We have a Powerpoint slide prior with a button linking to the next slide (i.e. to the quiz). When clicking on this button, the user is not sent to the quiz. This same issue has been occurring in several modules.

If the user says “no” when asked if he/she “Would you like to resume where you left off?” then the button sending to the quiz works.

The quiz has been set up in quizmaker with an unlimited number of attempts, so do you have an idea why this issue arises and how to solve it?
