Receiving an error message when trying to publish

Hello,

I receive an error message everytime I tried to plublish my Articulate Presenter in LMS (scorm 1.2). At first it worked, the download stop at "Nettoyage de fichiers temporaires" -> "Temporary file cleaning" 

And the error message say nothing, just that the programm will probably close.

I don't know what to do, and I have to give my work to the client in few days.

Thanks for letting us know you're running into an error when publishing your project with Presenter 360.

Is this happening with any project file or just this specific one?

If you're only experiencing the problem with this project, you should be able to correct the issue by importing your slides into a new file. 

If it's all projects, please be sure that you are working locally with your software, assets, and saved project files and publishing to LMS following these instructions. Assuming all is well with that process, a repair of your software may be in order.
