Record Narration

Hi all,

my name is Joerg and I'm a new user of the articulate software. Perhaps my question is a typical rookie question, but I have problems with the record narration.Every time when I click the start recording button, the chart goes automatically to the next chart, so that I can't record the current text from for example cahart number one, because when I pushed the button automatically chart number 2 arrives in the window. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.Can anybody help me?

Oh by the way I'm working with Windows 7.
