After the presentation is published, the ppt was sent, to archive, to someone who doesn't have Articulate on her computer. She saved the ppt. I went to make updates, but the recording was gone. Does the recording of the narration not appear if someone doesn't have Articulate on the computer?
Is there a certain way to save the ppt (before publishing) so that updates can be made easily?
Thanks

Hi Julie!
The audio that you are recording in Presenter is stored in the .ppta file. She would not be able to hear the audio, but when the file comes back to you, you should be able to link the .pptx file back with the .ppta file.
Here's some information.
