Mar 02, 2011

Hi there,

I'd like to remove the articulate branding from the window. Here is a screenshot with what I mean:Thanks!

Hello! Yep, both of those are part of the player template, and you can remove them by customizing your player template. Here's what to do:

  1. Open your presentation in PowerPoint, and on the Articulate menu, choose Player Templates > Player Controls.
  2. Unmark the box that says "Display powered-by logo." (This removes the logo in the lower-left of your player.)
  3. Now choose the Layout tab.
  4. Unmark the box that says "Logo Panel." (This removes the logo in the upper-left of your player.)
  5. Now click Close. You'll be prompted to save your changes to the player template, and if you're currently using a standard Presenter template, you'll need to choose a name for your new template.

When you're ready to publish your course, make sure to pick your new template from the selector on the publish window.

Hope that helps!

Oh, and yes - to answer your other questions...

You can definitely put your own company's logo in either place:

Here's how to put your own logo in the upper-left of the player

Here's how to put your own logo in the lower-left of the player

You also asked about adding customized presenter info to the presenter panel. Here's how to do that.
