Hello - I created a course that had a video embedded on the third slide. I then went ahead and used this as a template, deleting the video and adding a different video. When I go to look at the Player, it shows "unpacking video 1" in the script that runs prior to the Player opening. Is the first video I loaded still running in the background of the course? How do I remove it? Thanks for your help!!
I just want to make sure you are working locally with your files. Did you save the file since the video was deleted? You could share the file here if you would like us to look.
They are on a shared drive. Will that make a difference?

You will want to work from the files directly off a local drive. you can back them up on a shared drive, but copy them to your C drive before editing or publishing.
Also, when you reply via email - your signature will appear in the post. You can click on the edit button to remove this.
