My company recently published a module that when completed on an ipad does not show up as completed in SABA. Is that always an LMS issue or is there any setting I should check when publishing in Articulate.
I would advise that you check out this documentation on common LMS issues and test your content in SCORM Cloud. This will help determine if the issue lies with the course or the LMS and if you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud, then we would want to take a look.
Thanks for the response! I did get the completion recorded in SCORM Cloud. So that's good. The only issue I had was that some of my images and the syncing of voice over to animations were off for the ipad in both SABA and SCORM Cloud. Would you be able to take a look at it to see if there is something I need to do on the articulate side?
Hi Mark! You are welcome to share your Articulate Package and I can try to take a look. Audio sync is more difficult for me (since I will not be familiar with the material), but just tell me what I'm looking for to do the comparison.

Ok, I will do that. One thing before I do, Is there a way to see if my software has the latest update? I noticed that update 7 helps with the ipad (my issue) and just want to be sure that I don't send it to you before I check that.
Ok, so I downloaded the latest update (7) and republished and tested on SCORM Cloud and I still had the same issues. I will upload the file for you guys to take a look at. Is a zip file ok? Is that different than the Articulate Package?
If you follow the instructions to create the Articulate Package as shared above, this will create the zip file that we need. Thanks for the update Mark!

Sure Mark! If you open your software you can go to:
Help Tab > About Articulate Storyline
A pop-up will present itself and the update that you're running will be listed in the top right corner of this window.
