Looks like there's no way to resize this one, or make it larger. Presenter '13 includes a border around the image itself. If you take a look at this discussion, you'll see that Julian has already sent in a request for this functionality.
The more information we see from designers and developers, the more we're able to gauge the usefulness for the requested feature and demand as well.
Thank you for sending that in! If you know of anyone else that would like to see that added, feel free to share the feature request link with them and encourage them to send in their own.
As there is no way to resize this one - 13, if required, of course you can use the some other image resizing application to adjust target image width and heigth to your desired size.
