Sharepoint, Presenter with Quizmaker

Jan 09, 2013

Hey I wondered if anyone can help me out.

I have a client who is running a presenter course we created, which is hosted on a SharePoint server installation (2010 version).

When progressing through the course everything runs fine. When we get to a quizmaker screen, the quiz is trying to load "data/swf/", which is redirecting to AllItems.aspx which is throwing up an authentication login box.

I believe this call is being called from an articulate swf file. Is there anything we can do to prevent this from attempting to load or open "data/swf".

There are are no issues loading any files from inside this folder it appears to be just this one request.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Alan,

You might want to head on over to this forum thread on Sharepoint. The suggestions in the thread might help with the loading of your SWF file. I'm thinking that loading the content via "Explorer View" might get rid of the login request you're seeing, if you haven't already tried it.

Hopefully you'll be able to find some information in that post that will help with this issue. If not, maybe some of our community members with Sharepoint experience can give you some suggestions.

Thanks!

Christine
