I have uploaded a Presenter file onto my client's Sharepoint intranet - following all the steps described in previous posts - (create a folder for the files in Sharepoint, copy the files over in explorer view). The transfer worked fine but when I go to launch the course via the player shortcut I just get a blank screen - no error messages but no course either.
