In presenter 13, in a webcast i created, navigation its restricted so users can not move to another slide however, after viewing, they should be able to proceed by clicking next. I published for lms and when I click the html file on my pc, it works fine. When i upload the scorm within the lms and view it, it shows the navigation is locked. I have replaced the zip file, cleared my cache it is still locked, user cant advance. How can i unlock it? Why is it locked in the first place? When you try to click next, the lock icon displays and the slides cant advance.

Are you able to replicate this issue in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS?
