Slide Properties Page Error

Hi there
I have a problem! A big problem. I've been working long and hard on a module - and now it has started misbehaving!! The Slide Properties window won't display correctly. And when I try to preview the slides - I get an error message 'this page cannot be displayed'.
Can anyone please help? I've spent many many long hours on this module - which is due to be tested our by the organisation's leadership team tomorrow - and need to make some changes before they see it. Thank you

Is your file saved in a network drive? If yes, try making a copy of it to the local drive and check again. When you make a copy, use Save As option and give it some time after entering the new file name. The file may seem to be ready for further work; but you should actually give it a few moments to be ready.
Have you tried restarting your machine?

As Phil suggested, restarting your machine will resolve the issue. The issue arises when you have 2 instances of the ap6.exe process running. Typically, this happens when PowerPoint crashes while performing an Articulate function.
A BIG thank you to Brian, Phil and Sayuj for getting me out of a fix. Being only the second module I've created using Articulate I'm on a pretty steep learning curve - and really appreciate this fantastic Forum.
