One slide of 43 will not preview or play. I upgraded a project from presenter 9 to Articulate 360. Everything worked except for one slide. All the animations work in PowerPoint, but there is some type of error. The time code shows the following when published: (NaN:NaN / 00:38) I'm sure this is related to the problem. Any ideas why this error is preventing the slide from playing?
Hi there Todd! Sorry you've hit this roadblock. Is there anything unique on that slide, such as an Engage interaction or a Quizmaker quiz? It might be helpful if we could take a closer look at your original file and try upgrading it on our end. Could you send us your Articulate Package by clicking here? Thanks for reaching out!
Heather, we found that our error was caused by a text issue. We discovered it by replacing the text with another font. Once it worked , we changed it back to the original font. Weird, but it worked. This happened again on another project and there was something wrong with an image even though everything publish out perfectly before. We replaced the image and it worked perfectly.
Todd was spot on--the issue was with the images on Slide 16. I saved all four images to my desktop, then deleted them from the slide. After re-inserting them, the slide worked perfectly.
Take a look at your updated file, and let me know if it's working on your end!
Glad you got it sorted out! It's hard to say why the images could have caused that issue. Were they originally saved to a network drive when you inserted them?
Also, it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it.

Thank you. I tried that last night after Todd's reply and it worked. What
in the pictures would cause something like that to happen?
