Storyline Published Web Objs not appearing in Published Articulate

A team member and I are working on an Articulate module where we are inserting two Storyline created/published web objects.  When she publishes the Articulate and plays the output, the web objects appear and work just fine.  When others play the published file the web objects to not appear - the slides are just blank (master slide shows).  We tried zipping the file and having others extract before playing, but that didn't help.

Of course, client is waiting...
