Web Object Error Messages in Presenter 13

Hi,

I have a question on web objects in Presenter 13.

I've been getting script error messages on web objects that are going to our survey monkey links.  I have other web objects in the course as well and they work fine, it's just the ones going to survey monkey that's giving an error.

The web objects to survey monkey worked fine in Articulate 09 but, ever since I updated to 13, I've been getting the error messages.

The courses are being published to the web and I am viewing them locally.  I have a feeling that this is the issue but, I can't confirm it.  I've seen in many posts that we're to view content in the environment for which it was published.  Unfortunately, I don't have access to test it on a web server or LMS.  And my Articulate Online trial has expired.  When I tried publishing to CD, the web object worked fine.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the error messages are showing and how do I get rid of them?

A screenshot of the error message is attached.  When I click yes, the web object works fine.

A test source and published file are also attached.
