Studio 13 resource files error

Apr 10, 2018

Hi

I've added various resource links in my document but when I publish for web and upload to my SharePoint Designer, I get an error on all the links, like it can't find them?

Hi there, Rachel.  You should be able to host Articulate content in SharePoint Server. However, it won't work with SharePoint Online (the Microsoft Office 365 Hosted Edition), since it doesn't support HTML files.

If you're using SharePoint Server, you may need to "check in" content after uploading it. Your SharePoint administrator will know for sure.

Once you've confirmed that, let's try a test.  After publishing your output for web, zip it and upload it to this test site: Tempshare.  If your course plays normally and your resources open from that URL, there might be an issue with how SharePoint is handling the output.

Does anyone else in the community have experience with Player Resources working on their SharePoint server?
