Protect Software (www.protect-software.com) have solutions that would protect the entire Presenter presentation on either DVD-R or USB Flash drive and is compatible with Mac and PC.
FlickRocket (www.flickrocket.com) offers a solution that can protect the entire Presenter presentation for online distribution including the ability to set up a shop and rent or sell the course from your own website. It's really very cool! (Again it is only compatible with Mac and PC due the the Flash Player requirement.)
