Hi have imported a captivate 4 file in articulate presenter studio 9. Earlier the file was working perfectly fine. but now when i have reinserted the flash file again the file either does not loads or presentation does not moves to the next slide.
If you find that your presentation does not automatically advance to the next slide upon completion of an Adobe Captivate file, it may be related to a click-box found on the final slide of the Captivate demonstration. You will need to remove the interactive click-box from the final slide of the Captivate demonstration. Here's how:
Open your demonstration in Adobe Captivate.
Navigate to the final slide in your demonstration.
Double-click the slide to edit it.
In the timeline, locate the click-box.
Right-click the click-box, and select Delete.
Republish your Captivate file to SWF.
Reinsert the file into your Articulate presentation.
Republish your presentation.
If you continue to have issues, you may need to insert the Captivate file using one of the workarounds here:
